Happy Birthday Moo!
It’s hard to believe that a year has already gone by. We celebrated the Bug’s first birthday with family…Lisa’s mom was in town from Indiana, my mom, Forrest and Isabella were here, and we video chatted with the grandpas over via the internet (love the iChat). Needless to say, he was completely showered with gifts. While he seems to like all his new toys, I think he was happiest letting everyone indulge him by walking him around.
Other parents have warned me about this stage…can’t quite stand up on his own yet but always wants to be held up so he can “walk” around…never seems to get tired of it, no matter how tired and rubbery his legs get. Or how tired my back gets.
He also just had his first Halloween…spent an afternoon at the pumpkin patch and went to check out the trick-or-treaters with Isabella and family.
