11-month update
Miles is just about to hit the 11-month mark. This is turning out to be a really fun period for us…he’s not quite walking yet, doesn’t want to crawl, but he scoots around like nobody’s business. We’re slowly kid-proofing the house as he gets more mobile, but there’s really only so much you can do…his radar is acutely tuned to whatever it is we don’t want him to be getting in to (power cords, remote controls, cat food, etc. etc. etc.). He’s speaking some language that only he and his toys understand, and he definitely knows what “NO” means. He’s been taking a music class which he loves, and has recently started trying out some dance moves whenever music comes on. I’ll have to try to capture some of that on video.
I’ve finally gotten around to posting pics of a recent trip to the city (via the Larkspur ferry) with the two Jacks. There are also some cute pics of the bug in a leprechaun suit that Anne lent us…Halloween is just around the corner…potential costume candidate?
